How can i resolve the error code of E002-0000 on IR 2202? when i switch on it mark that error and refuse to operate please help us

The temperature of the fixing film is as follows:
has exceeded 100C, but does not reach 115C within 1 sec thereafter. has exceeded 140C, but does not reach 150C within 1 sec thereafter. has exceeded 160C, but does not reach 165C within 1 sec thereafter The fixing film unit is faulty (i.e., the main thermistor TH1 has poor contact, or the fixing heater is faulty). The main power supply PCB is faulty. The DC controller PCB is faulty. Caution To clear the error, execute the following in service mode: COPIER>FUNCTION>FCLEAR>ERR. 1. State Turn on the power switch, and clear E002/E003. Thereafter, turn off and then on the power switch. Does the fixing heater operate? NO: See "The fixing heater fails to operate." 2. Wiring Is the wiring from the DC controller PCB to the fixing film unit normal? NO: Correct the wiring. 3. Fixing film unit, DC controller PCB Try replacing the fixing film unit. Is the problem corrected? YES: End. NO: Replace the DC controller PCB.

There is a fault in the fixing unit that is preventing it reaching the required temperature. The unit may need to be replaced. (The fixing unit heats up the toner on the paper to fix it to the paper).

It signals problem in fixing assay, you should definitely first try to reset the error before continuing with repairing process ( * >> 2+8 >> * >> Function >> Clear >> ERR >> Ok), if after restart error comes again, look out for bits of paper and if there are non try to replace fixing film.

Try clearing the error in service mode:
1. Function key, 2 and 8 together, Function key
2. Copier >> Functions >> Clear >> ERR
3. Leave the service mode and restart the printer

If this does not solve the problem, I highly recommed to you to call your local technician from Canon.

I believe that model number is wrong......You must be referring to a Canon IR 2200 or maybe a Canon IR 2220. The Fuser has a problem when warming up. Replace the fuser or the Fixing film assembly and then the error must be reset in service mode.
