You shouldn't need two Apple IDs, or create two. You'll have problems synching the information from device to device. The Apple ID that reads as an email address, is really your user name, no matter what email you use. If you need to, retrieve password for your original ID, from itunes, go into your account and change personal settings, but you can't merge two accounts. It's not a good idea to have more than one.

Once you create an apple I.D. using your email address, it becomes your "user name" no matter what email addresses you use for your mail. You don't need that exact email address anymore once you've created an account, but can change your profile information once you log into your account. Add a new email address, credit card, etc... Don't create several accounts as your library of songs, photos, movies, videos won't synch with your other devices. To create an Apple Id you have to go onto the iTunes app on your Apple device and scroll all the way down and click sign in. A pop up should show up giving you the option to create and Apple ID, click create an ID and fill out the information.
