What browser are you using?
Usually you have one tab opened at Google then click on
TOOLS - OPTIONS Choose the "use current" or "make homepage" option (when you find it) should be on the left-hand (General) tab Google chrome has it in a different place

Here are some things you can try. It sounds like you have picked up a snoop and some can go as deep as your system registries.
In IE go to the Tools>Internet Options>Programs>Manage Add-ons and see if there is any reference to that site there. If not there is a last resort possible fix, once again Tools>internet Options>Advanced then press reset at the bottom, this will set the browser back to new.

to solve it do this 3 steps


  1. Start \ Run \Regedit
  2. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE / SOFTWARE / Microsoft / Internet Explorer / Main
  3. Add or edit the value of the string Window Title to be the new text you want displayed or simply remove the rahul the hacker title

Click on Tools and the Options, on the Main tab, under Start up, for When firefox starts, select Home Page, on the Home Page area, type in there www.google.com

Follow these steps to adjust your homepage settings:

Make google my home page

Setting your homepage depends on your browser. If the Google chrome browser is your browser of choice, Google is automatically the home page. Change my homepage to google

At the top of the page, click on settings, internet options, on the general tab, the first option shows the web address of your home page. Delete that and type in www.google.com (or any address you want for your home page. Then click appy (down at the bottom of that page) and it will set it to your new homepage.
