What would make the Bosch 300 series not spin?

did you check the residential drain for back up is the filter clogged

The Bosch 300 series electric dryer absolutely, positively, does have a reset switch. To access it you have to take the entire back plate off the dryer. There are like 30 torques screws. Takes forever. When viewing the back of the dryer down on the lower right there is a silver box shaped thing that is your heating element. Next to it is a red button. While googling I've found a dialogue between a repair man and a customer and the repairman said he looked at the schematic I did not have a reset switch. That information is wrong

Possible that there is no output to the motor from the control panel in which case the control panel is faulty or if you can check the voltage on the motor at the time of program start , then it can be confirmed on the motor failure, motor capacitor failure.Also check the spindle for free run in which case it which case it can be jammed.

If you are saying that it doesn't go into the spin cycle (but the drum turns in other settings) then I would suspect the control board - Item 333

You can get that cover off, by prying it up at the bottom and spinning the thing clockwise. then there is a large hand turnable plug inside.

Once you turn it water will start leaking out, you'll have to get in and pull out the crud from the pump screen there to clear the jam. Good luck!

We had similliar problem. We were overloading the wash barrel and using too much soap. The soap was foaming causeing the washer to add rinse cycles hinse more time to the cycle. Make sure your soap has the HE ( high efficiency ) label on it. Hope this helps.
