Two major points - it is unusual for lower end printers and domestic routers to link to each other. You normally have to plug the printer into the computer to get it to load the drivers initially and then operate wirelessly after the relevant parameters have been set.
Alternatively the wireless settings have not been put into the printer correctly and it therefore cannot be seen on the network.
The usual configuration for a wireless printer is that it is wirelessly linked to the router, which enables all other items connected to the router, wirelessly or hardwired, to access the printer.
Often printers have to be connected directly to the computer for the drivers to be loaded but this is less necessary on modern printers as the drivers are loaded onto the computer without the printer attached and the setup programme looks for, finds (hopefully), and then sets up the wireless parameters for the printer.
Try plugging the cable into your PC USB port. If the printer stays offline, restart the computer.

It's turned off to not print. Go to the printer in your devices, and right click and select "online".

Is the Printer switched on? Do you have enough rights to use the printer wirelessly? Have you printed documents over your wireless connection previously?
