Hi,
U6-03 refers to the large paper deck, tray 3 where the lift motor was unable to lift the paper to the pick up rollers. usually caused by a paper jam. Reset the machine by using #*C* then enter 15, press execute & then CA. If the machine displays the error again then the lifter motor would need to be replaced.
