In ir330 additional function is not working what to now for reset my machine

) Go into Service Mode by hitting [Additional Functions-2 and 8-Additional Functions]
2) Select [COPIER]
3) Select [FUNCTION] (One of the buttons across the top of the LCD)
4) Select [CLEAR]
5) Scroll to screen two of the LCD using the Right arrow key.
6) Select [PWD-CLR]
7) Hit [OK]
8) Hit the RESET button twice in order to return to the Main LCD Screen.
This will turn off the Department ID Management feature on the machine (without deleting the configured Department IDs and Passwords) and will clear out (delete) the System Manager ID and Password.

ir 330 and ir 400,gp 405 r same machine,turn on the copier when its ready to copy press the additional function then press (2 and 8 both r same time) again additional function when this process is completed copier on the screen select that in the screen find the 'function' select then select on clear in clear menu select one by one err and other all function like dc-con and press ok after se;ect one by one..

then touch on copier,
touch in function
touch on clear
touch on ERR press ok.
touch on DCON press ok
touch on RCON press ok.
press reset button 4 times
and restart machine
