Fisher & Paykel washer puddles water during spin cycle. Appears to be splashing over the tub and hitting the lid and dripping down the sides. Tried rebalancing with no luck.

you have a leak in your outlet hose normally caused by rubbing on the drum barrel / repair with tape or replace whole hose but this brand of wASHER ITS VERY HARD TO REPLACE IF DONT KNOW HOW TO
There may be too much water and not enough clothes in the washer. If that is the case the water rises up the side of the tub when spinning and overflows the inner tub. Usually it goes into the outer tub but it can spurt out through bleach dispenser and run down the inside of the cabinet or hit the lid and splash out. Set water level (Xsmall, small, medium, large, Xlarge) appropriate for amount of clothes.
sometimes too much detergent, or extra cleaners like oxy clean) will cause lots of foam which will cause the water level sensor to misread, or foam over the top of the drum. if this is not the problem, you will have to tilt the machine on its side and look for loose or damaged hoses. the play in the tub will not cause leaking
the play in the tub in normal, it sounds like you have an over sudsing issue, run an empty load with 3 cups of vinager in the tub, set the water temp to hot, cut way down on soap, if you use liquid dont even fill the cup 1/3 of the way, I know this sounds dumb but try it, I have one and this happened to me
