Hi, I have a Webcam microsoft lifecam VX 1000 But I have missplaced the Instalation CD. How can I get mirosoft lifecam VX-1000's software from internet.

as long as you got the latest microsoft drivers for it installed it should work with messenger afterall microsoft made both of them.

they even list the messeger above the software for the webcam, get both from the above page to make sure you have got the right ones.

I would try going to microsoft.com and searching their site for this. They have most of the support needed for their products
