Beko washing machine wont drain or spin water stays in drum

Timer issue is my guess

your pump is blocked,at bottom of machine there should be a flap with a round plug in middle .unscrew,it will have water come out so use a bowl or big towel.the impeller should turn freely,once plug is unscrewed at front put washer into a drain program see if the pump turns.if this is free youll need to get the pump off(unplug machine first)and then feel inside the big pipe from the drum to pump.it may have a sock or something like inside.this means it will work but wont get out all the water.also note when trying to spin a pillow,or big towel the load will be uneven so it will reduce its spin speed so it doesnt destroy its self

If the drain hose is stretched too much to reach the standpipe, the hose can pitch.

It will not spin with water in.
See if you can locate a filter, and clean same.

I have a bosch wfd 2473 washing machine...wont drain,I have had this problem before and resolved it by removing drain/filter plug...normally a button or hair clip....but this time there are no objects blocking.I am guessing the drain pump is faulty and needs replacing...?????

Washing machine stops at the spin cycle - light flashes. Have to drain water out manually. Happened last week and was then able to run an empty rinse cycle. Machine worked normally for another week. Same problem today but have had to drain water manually from the drum after trying an empty 90 wash and rinse cycle (both stopped on the Spin and flashed). Any ideas? Thanks. x
