Originally got the error message OE, checked & cleared all hoses, replace pump, still get the same error message.
The DE Code indicates a Drain Error. This means that the washer thinks the water has not drained out of the tub within 10 minutes, which is an eternity for the washer. Since you have indicated that there is no obstruction in the hoses, and filter, and you have replaced the pump, then the only other parts that could be at fault would be the water level sensor, or the main circuit board. Replace in that order.

It's actually a DE error code which stands for drain error. Pull the little basket out that's behind the small door on the lower left front (where the drain hose is) and look inside. The drain pump intake is about an inch in on the left. Make sure there's nothing in there like a paperclip or hair pin. If possible reach in and see if you can turn the impeller. If it won't move there's something in there if it will turn then the motor is probably bad.

You do not have an "OE" error, you have a "DE" error. DE error is "drain error" which displays if the washer has not pumped out after 10 minutes. If there is water in the machine and no obstruction in the filter I would suspect that the pump impeller is bad, and you would need a new pump motor. (part # 4681EA2001D) Pump motor is located directly to the left of the filter, and can be accessed by tilting the washer back and reaching it from underneath. The pump housing is held onto the machine by three phillips head screws.
If you have "DE" error and there is no water in the machine that's a whole different problem I'll address if you say that's the case.
If you need good service, try calling a small dealer who sells and services the procuct line you are having a problem with. You can find LG servicers at us.lgservice.com but avoid the utility companies, A & E, Sears, and all the big guys who try to service every brand but often times are not very familiar with your brand.
That should help. Carl S., factory authorized LG technician for over 10 years.

SOURCE: LG washer with OE error
Hi,
If you are getting this code it is because your washing machine has tried for at least ten minutes to drain the water out of the machine. The most likely cause of this problem is that you have a plugged pump filter or you have something stuck in the pump filter.Make sure that you unplug your washing machine. To clean out the pump filter you must empty the washing machine water. The best way to do this is to manually drain the water into a low bucket or basin. Then lay a towel down to catch to remaining small amount of water. Remove the pump filter, clean out any debris, and wash out the filter. Then plug your washer back in and restart the washing machine.Check that your machine is properly leveled. A washer that is too far out of level may not drain properly. Make sure that you are level front to back as well as side to side. This solution will solve your problem
Thank You !!

The LG error code OE simply means "the pump is blocked". Presumably the water isn't being emptied properly. As with all error codes it is possible that there is a cause other than the exact description in the error code explanation but basically this error means as far as the washing machine is concerned it thinks the water isn't pumping out. A pump, or filter blockage is the most common cause but it could be caused by other faults such as a faulty pump, or even a blockage in the drain hose or somewhere else in the system etc.
LG themselves have some information on this error code..
