Is a lock-up (or unlock) secret code normally 4 digits id you didnot changed from the original, normally is 0000 or 1111.

u need to go to your network provider to reset ur pincode other wise ur phone will get lock

To reset to factory settings....Press CH2 and Alarm buttons on moniter at same time and hold for a few seconds.

Try this .
Cut the SMT-190Dx off using the switch. Let it stay off a few seconds and turn on again. In doing so, the unit's password will resort back to it's default both login and password. Then you can go back in and reset it to whatever you like.
There doesnt seem to be a code for this model. but follow this instruction hopefully it will help.

Just talked to Samsung regarding Reset procedure. Simple: Press CH2 and Alarm buttons on receiver at same time for 10 seconds. It will reset to factory.

Hold the remote control's STOP ( ) button for
longer than 5 seconds. “INITIAL” appears on the display and
all settings will return to the default values.
• Press the POWER button.
Using the RESET function will erase all stored settings.
Do not use this unless necessary.
