I thought these are pour over brewers? Which means you have to fill it with water in order to brew? It should happen when the unit is filled first, plugged in then turned on.(see link below for MFR instructions) Aloha! ukeboy57

take the hopper out and press the button. if the spindle in the back doesn't move, the gear motor is siezed and needs to be removed, cleaned, lubed, and rebuilt. if the spindle moves, empty the hopper and reposition the auger so that it sits in the connector in the back, refill and test

thermal fuse is blown. it is located in the top, right rear of the machine in what is now browned tubing. you can either bypass the fuse with a jumper, or get a new part through bunn (800) 352-BUNN (2866)

Did you check the switch on the side of the machine(vacation switch) to make sure there is orange/red showing? If it is, please give us a call with the model and code date and we can further assist you. Customer Service # is 800-352-2866.

If your ready light is on and your water is not warm... sounds like the thermostat is too low. Inside the front panel (behind the brew basket) there is a thermostat adjustment on the left-hand side. If you turn that up your ready light should shut off. You can then adjust the temp to your desired level. (194-200 degrees depending on roast, grind, etc...)

Check the level probe first, then turn off power to machine and unplug, if it still fills then it is the solenoid.
