It sounds like you need to install the Chipset. If you have a Dell, go to support.dell.com and submit the Service Tag (found on your Dell) and then click on Drivers and Downloads. Make sure the Operating System is listed correctly and then click on the Chipset and install it. If you don't have any PCI devices in your computer, then it won't matter if PCI devices is showing up in your Device Manager. It may also be the Microelectronics driver. Look for it in the Drivers list on the web site,
