Metric M5 or M6, when you buy wall mounting bracket, it will came with a bag of screws for attaching the TV to the bracket. All my wall mounting brackets for my TV come with screw.
There is now a universal dishwasher bracket for just this problem called E-Z DISHWASHER BRACKET. It is available through Braxton-Bragg or ask for it at a local granite fabricator. It is very simple to use.
I don’t know your counter situation, usually you have to put dishwasher in a bottom cabinet and mount both side. Suppose you only have one side to mount, you have to go to home depot to buy a 90 degree metal mounting bar, mount the top part to your top granite support board, the bottom side mount to the dishwasher, it should be a ¾” plywood board underneath the granite, you can use ½” screw to mount it.
