My screen just went blank

Change your LCD with the new one.

I think the your screen may have given up due to long use or due to miosture. This may be fixed by changing the LCD sreen from your mobile's authorized dealer.

I was talking on phone in the car. Made a quick call. Everything work fine. Than the screen went blank white. I can't see the screen of any application. I take the battery out to see if it would reset the phone and turn it back on. It went straight back to the blank white screen. I try another solution. I use my home phone. Call my phone. It signal as it was off mode. Straight to answering machine. Red light flashes....I then, hold #1 to get voicemail. It did work. So my service is good. So my problem is how can I solve the blank screen issue? Has it happen to anyone before. Battery strong and it's not low on battery level. Thanks for any suggestions.

The screen seems to be having problems. Take it to your local service provider's store. They will give you a free replacement

I have encountered this problem before and the screen will be blank but i can receive and make calls. I went to service center and they asked me to change the display of the phone and i did it.

go get an old phone just like yours and change the faces

Well i suggest that you take the case of your phone and have a look at your screen maybe some of the screws have gone missing or the screen has just worn itself out? . Note youll need a t6 or t7 torx screwdriver to do this , hope i helped

Looks like a battery problem. You might want to replace it.

i am having the same problem with my phone, but it will stay black for long periods of time. i wish i had never bought it.
