SOURCE: GE Profile Gas Range Igniters working but gas takes a while to start flowing
HI thanks for your question. the igniter is the cause for this problem. the heat from the glow bar is just not hot enough to ignite the gas. i would replace the igniter. thanks

I unplugged the wires from each end and re-attached the wires. Stove working great, no more clicking.

Often times, just leaving the range unplugged for a time will solve the problem, which is most often caused by water or a cleaning agent getting into an igniter switch behind a burner knob. After the switch drys out it usually starts working again. In the mean time, you can still use the burners by lighting them manually with one of those long lighters, but you will not be able to use the oven or broiler without electricity. If the range continues to spark after being left unplugged for more than a day or two, you will have to determine which switch behind the burner knobs is causing the problem. Please don't bother rating, as anything but a Fix-Ya will lower my score. Thanks.

You are getting water into the range when cleaning causing the igniter switch to short out. The reason why it goes away after a few hours is because the water finally dries up. When cleaning the range refrain from using so much water. You will need to leave the range unplugged until the water dries up again.

Find the bake ignitor (you may need to remove bottom drawer or oven cavity floor to get to the ignitor). Turn on the bake. If the bake ignitor comes on (starts glowing after a few seconds) - check the amperage on the bake ignitor wires when it's on. Should be 3 - 3.6A. If less than 3A - replace ignitor. If the ignitor does not come on - check the voltage on the ignitor, should be the line voltage 110-120v AC. If there is a line voltage on the ignitor and it's not coming on - replace.
Part numbers, the first one being the direct replacement: WB13T10045, 12400035, WB13K21, WB2X9998, SGR412, NR020, 5303935066, 814269, 9753108.
Those ignitors are interchangeable, if you can splice the wires, if not comfortable splicing wires - order the first one in the list above.
Good luck!
