Korg Pa800 Synthesizer Logo

Hello everyone! thank you for your answers (Sorry about my English) before few days I load files to my KORG pa800. The files were probably not appropriate. As a result, the organ was stuck all the time during its start-up and could not be used. I asked what I should do and they told me I had to do a factory reset. I downloaded the reset files here: http://www.korgpa.com/support/products/arrangers/pa800/pa800-software.html I've uploaded the file "Pa800_Format.pkg" and acted according to the instructions and then i load the file "Pa800_os_res_v203.pkg". After I turn off and turn on the device at the end of the process, the logo appeared and then a white screen. Where I went wrong? What's the problem? Thank you.

After updating the firmware, you likely must do a factory reset. This is probably required so the keyboard will read and decide how much ram actually exists. At this site do the "factory reset" version:

Hello, My Pa800 is few years old now has always worked perfectly. I recently combined few sets of rhythms together and loaded it there seemed to be no problem, few days later i was getting glitches in all...

The splicing of rhythms to play seamlessly would be tricky. Also you need to consider if you might be exceeding the number of generators available. If you are splicing external samples, that take great care and a lot of editing. Part of the problem is syncronizing the clocks of individual samples. It is hard to avoid glitches and changing mode of clock and quantizing will expose these glitches.

Hallo, I have a Korg pa800 and whenevery I want to load DrumKit or a Sound from another set, I get a warning message (Load Sound Fails: not enought memory fro PCM samples). What should I do to load...

you may have to dump somethings from the memory, the memory is finite and if there is no more room there is no more room. as far as I know there is no expansion memory for this keyboard

Korg PA800. Ram Upgrade

The pa800 has a fixed amount of Ram at 64mbs and it is not physically possible to upgrade the Ram. The pa2x has a removable128mbs Module and that can be upgraded via a 256mb Module from Korg.
