It should tell you in there how to go about deleting and adding channels.
just press the menu either in the remote controller or in the tv panel. and then go to channel set up this time you can delete channel and can add channel you want and then save in the memory.
It may be that you need to turn off your microphone. You can do that my left clicking on the speaker in the lower right of the display, then the level in the properties. you'll see the different levels of the audio system. Just lower the microphone level.
After u deleted all the HD channels u don't want.Tries unplug,replug the cable box back like about an hour.For the box to upgrade it softwares,should be deleted all the HD channels u deleted.
im sorry but this is not an option for your phone. you may ask your service provider it they support call block feature. another option is to have your mobile number changed.
The easy way for most of the TV's to delete a channel is to go into Menu on your remote and go to Add/Delete channels. Once you are in this screen you should have an option to delete a channel. Press that and type the channel number to be deleted. It should work. Good luck.
