How do I get to numbers on Motorola Moto G phone

It all depends of the model and finding out if it was carrier-specific. You can take it to the carrier of your preference and find out if it will be as simple as to insert a SIM card or Program in the network or if it will require unlocking first.

My Moto Migrate is an app you can use to do this. What model phone do you currently have? If it is a DROID you should have the contacts on your Google Account if you phone syncs to Google/Gmail.

You can't change the serial number.

Im not to clear on what you mean by numbers board,so im taking a shot in the dark here.
#1 if you mean call history,you go to the menu ,select recent calls or call history,then go to the option for received calls,or dialed calls or all calls witch ever it is you wish to clear,then you'll see the option to delete calls.
#2 If you are talking about your contact list or phone book,You can delete numbers 1 at a time by clicking on your phone book going to the desired number ,then clicking delete,,or you can delete all contacts at once by doing the same thing only clicking delete multipul or delete all,if you use that option you have to knkow the phone security code.if you do not know it try the Motorola factory setting 000000.

I am not sure of your carrier, they all have different ways. The absolute way to access your voicemail is to call your own number. Call your number from your phone and it will automatically get you in to your voicemail..

what network are you using with this phone, let me know and i can give you the correct service number and this will sort the problems, another way is to ring your service provider and ask for a sim update

Usually, holding down the number "1" key will access your voicemail number. (if the number is programmed into your phone)

If it isn't, a simple call to the service provider will allow them to help you program it.
