There's not a lot us fixya guys can do. Apart from tell you that you'll need to go and see a diamond cutter or a bespoke jeweler to cut you some glass replacements. Or you could do something completely illegal and throw it away and get an insurance claim! Which could get you up to (depends on the size of the fraud) Ten years in prison.

there are 2 volumes you can adjust, the system volume and the ring volume. you may have to touch the "Ring" tab on the top right hand side of the screen to adjust the ring volume
