To make a re-tune, you should have a remote control.
If you wish to buy its original remote control, contact the authorized service centre, or authorized dealer to your device brand. They can either give you a genuine remote control to your device, or can direct you, from where can you purchase a suitable one.
To select a proper universal remote control, you should know about the number of digits to its set-up codes. There are 3 digit, 4 digit, 5 digit, 2 digit and even single digit codes, to some brand devices. After confirming this, check the sites linked here. Both the sites have set-up code list and set-up procedure to many popular brand remote controls. Check which brand remote control has set-up code/s to your device brand, and buy that one according to availability? Brand name of the remote control isn't a matter, but it should have set-up codes in its code list, to the device brand you have.
Please note: Every new universal remote control will have set-up code list, and set-up procedure along with its pack. Never accept a remote control, that hasn't both of this. this may be too late, but i had the same problem, then discovered that if you press the top of the volume up/down buttons together, the menu comes up. I was trying to solve another problem this way when I accidentally locked the TV. The instruction booklet tells me that you can only unlock it with the remote control, but that has long ago bit the dust. Does this mean that I'll never be able to turn it on again??!!

Before switching on the television put your decoder and media recorder to Standby if they are connected
and ensure the aerial is connected to your television
Select APS from Menu.
When the APS feature is selected all channels and
settings will be lost, the television will return to factory
settings and then re-tune.
* Press MENU and using the Left or Right button
select Program Table tab
** The Program screen will appear on the screen.
Press the BLUE button to start APS
*** Press the Left or Right button to set the country
**** Press the BLUE button to cancel APS or the RED
or OK button to start.
You must allow the television to complete the
search
OK.
Brand code is - 0156
TV code will be one of - 536, 581, 063, 271, 098
