I have a Canon IP 1800 PIMXMA printer. I'm not happy with the quality of the photographs. They just don't look as good as what is produced on my other printer at school, HP Photo 7550. I've checked settings, changed paper types, but they all seem slightly too washed out even though the sharpen image option is checked and they're being printed on the highest setting for quality I can print on. I've cleaned the printer too. Any suggestions?
What paper are you using.
Use canon paper and EZphoto print .
Tou will be amazed .
These printers mix the 3 colors to make a black in photos.
So if you have shadows or black in the photos they will lack contrast
