SOURCE: the instruction at "0x01003ce4" referenced

Seems like an application crashed on your Windows system. There are many reasons something like this could happen. Some ideas are:
- You may have a virus or malware in your system. Try getting an up-to-date antivirus and check the system (I recommend AntiVir which is free). Also, get a Malware clean-up tool, like Anti-Malware and do a full check as well.
- There may be an issue with your RAM chips, especially if you're getting this sort of errors all the time and from more than one applications. Try checking your memory for errors, with a tool like MemTest.
- This error might also indicate a driver problem. Depending on your system set-up and configuration, it could be a graphics card issue, sound driver or other hardware driver. Try getting the latest available version for all your peripheral's drivers, install them and try again.
- It might be the application's fault. There is also the possibility that there's nothing wrong with your computer but the specific application has a bug, which you're witnessing. Again, without more details, it's impossible to say for sure.
There are more cases in which such an error might come up, but try these solutions first and see if they help.

Does anyone know exactly what the instruction at 0x755aee49 referenced memory at 0xa3ffff24 the memory could not be written error is and how to resolve it.

>> the instruction at 0x755aee49 referenced memory at 0xa3ffff24 the memory could not be written

You launched some program, and Windows chose to load some of the program at the first address, and then the program tried to write some bits/bytes/words/data to the second address, but Windows has allocated the memory at that address to some other program (or to Windows itself), and Windows is "blocking" the program from overwriting at a location that is outside the bounds of the location (in memory) of the program.
