TEW432-BRP Trendnet wireless broadband router wont connect

Okay so I have a TEW-432BRP (54mbps) which is pretty old and it is connected and working to my Nintendo Wii and a laptop. I also have a computer that used to be connected to it, until a month ago. The speed was down to 1.0 mbps and the internet just wouldnt work. it barely went higher than that and when it did, i had 15 seconds to go on the internet, then it wouldnt work and go back to 1.0 mbps again. and then, a few days ago, it just wont connect anymore. I try to connect and it just gets stuck at ''Waiting for the network...'' and wont connect! like I said, the laptop and Wii are connected to this and work fine.

I think its the usb wireless reciever that came with the router that i plugged into the computer. Because the laptop comes with Wifi and so does the wii and they both work fine.

SOMEBODY HELP I DONT WANNA BUY A NEW ROUTER PLEASE ...

Sounds like you need to configure the PC's USB wireless adaptor. The settings must be the same as the router. If you use a WEP password on the other connections then you need to have the same password on the USB wireless adaptor. Good Luck.

The model number of the Product you are mentioning would be TEW-432BRP. The system light should be blinking all the time showing that the router is active. If the system light is Solid or off then there is some problem

I have trendnet wireless router model TEW-432BRP.i switched on the power, but the router didn't switch ON long time.when i switch ON the computer and logout the computer several time, then long time only its...

It is because the Power adapter is not connected properly. If this happens again. Disconnect the power adapter cable from the router and from the power socket. Then connect it back again. The router will come on. It could also be because of power surge which might have stopped the system for a while

Problem using Wa1003A and Tew 432 brp to share my internet

lan wires are the same. lan wires used to connect your computer to your modem can also be used to connect your Wa1003A adsl router and TEW 432 brp.

you just got some things mixed up.

1. you should set your Wa1003A adsl router to bridge mode. At this point, it will just be "pass through" device and will not be the one who will ask for IP adds from your ISP.

2. configure your TEW 432 brp with your pppoe username and password. Your TEW 432 brp will now ask the network for the IP address to that it can connect to your ISP.

3. leave your lan wires the same.
