You can try removing the LVDS cable that goes from the main board to the Tcon board and make sure its seated correctly, also remove the 2 flat connectors that go from the Tcon board to the panel and make sure they are all the way in when you close the flap that holds them in but chances are your going to need a new Tcon board

If there is still about ? 24. Volts coming from the Power Board when it goes dark, it will be the Inverter board that needs replacing. If not, it is the Power Board that needs replacing.
The Voltages should be written next to the sockets & plugs on the Power Board.
This type of failure could be in the LCD controller board or the power supply might not be providing enough voltage to the main board and LCD controller.
