Okay, with regard to your concern, looks like you paid for the item and select to pay using Credit Card, but since the seller's Merchant credit card account is not integrated with eBay, you wasn't able to enter your credit card details and the card wasn't charged. In this case, you'll need to contact the seller first. You can actually request for their phone number so you can get an immediate response. You can ask the seller to process the credit card payment.
