I have a Samsung model number hg32na470pf red light is on but TV will not power up

The red standby light on your TV is still on when the TV is turned off indicating that the TV is on standby mode and the red standby light is turned off when the TV is being used or doesn't have power.

It has T'Con board. But, it can't be replaced. It is an integral part of the LCD pane; and inside it.

Tony, need some info for help like model number, age of set, can u unplug for 10 min. then turn back on, and since u have taken back off what have u tested or looked at?

MY SAMSUNG TV MODEL NUMBER LE32R87BD IS DISPLAYING A RED FLASHING LIGHT ON THE POWER BUTTON AT THE FRONT OF THE TV THERE IS NO PICTURE PLUS IT WONT TURN ON CAN ANYONE ASSIST ME WITH THIS PROBLEM

1. Press tv on your Sky remote control.

2. Press and hold down select and the red button together until the red light at the top of your Sky remote control flashes twice.

3. Press tv again

Then enter the remote control code using the number keypad. The red light will flash twice if a valid code has been entered.

Samsung Code: 0060

4. Point your Sky remote control at your TV and press the Power button. If this turns the off as you'd expect, then the tv should be set, press Select and the remote should work

5. If the TV does not turn off press tv, then press the Power button again, repeat this process until the TV turns off, when the TV turns off press Select.

i had this with my samsung and my mums instead of pressing red power button press either switch from analog tv to digital button or just press a number
