If it wont charge then obviously it wont turn on. The problem lies either with the tablet or the charger. Try a friend or family members charger if that doesn't work then the problem lies with the tablet. You will need to have it looked at.

sounds like the hard drive is froze up

if the charge light comes on then the unit may need to be replaced. Try connecting it to a PC to see if it detects it. If it does, you may be able to reinstall the firmware.

Sorry, but I'm afraid you have more than a cracked tablet. If it will not take a charge or turn on, you have a broken tablet that younwill either need to repair or replace. Most times, it will be less expensive to replace a tablet that is in such disrepair. Good luck....
