Mobility scooter repair

Need repair of the transaxle including the bearings and seals.

These are usually replaced as a whole unit. Sub assembly parts are not available from the scooter manufacturer. Some shops, like us, rebuild them in-house but do not sell sub-assembly parts.

Transaxle noise

hi , normally this can be a bearing running dry or a worn bearing ballrace ..... is it possible to get one off the floor so it will spin... please take great care when carrying this out... running the scooter like this will allow to pinpoint where the noise is coming from...

What grease goes inside go go scooter transaxle

I searched the web as well as the manufacturers website where they post the specs for your scooter and everything says they are a seal trans axle which means you have to replace the entire thing and you don't have to worry about adding grease. if it's grinding or squealing it must be time to replace it

I have 1994 bluebird nissan altima with oil leak in transmission side.What posssible causes of it?

The Rear Main Seal is the main area for an Oil Leak on the Transmission Side. You will need to drop the transmission to remove the old rear main seal and install the new one.

Noisy transaxle

I do it on a regular basis when I service a scooter ( out of warranty ) but I don't recommend you doing that unless you are very mechically minded, I can actually repair them but where are you located ?, I 'm in Essex.
