What to do?

I put new batteries in and it just beeps 3 times and nothing else

SOURCE: camera not working

thanks for the help but I found out the problem, the lens had gotten jarred and was stuck open,with alittle movement it solved the problem.

SOURCE: Samsung Digimax S600 is stucked in off position

I've had this with a diff model of Samsumg (V10). The problem with mine was that the lens wasn't opening, which was causing the beeping. I held the camera with lens facing down and when I pressed the power button I lightly tapped the camera against the palm of my other hand. The lens extracted.

I have more problems with the lens now but that may have something to do with me dropping it later:(

Are the batteries fully charged?

Does it work with the old batteries?

Chances are that the batteries are faulty. If they are in warranty it shouldn't be a problem replacing them with new ones.

How do I re-boot and old linovo R61i laptop
take the new battery out
see if it will kick start just on mains power

if you hear a beep as it powers up mother board is ok
if the mother board is dead and no beeps it wont start up

try this each time from power up
if you hear a beep hold down
one of these F5 of F1 or F 12 wait to
see if a menu from the mother board itself is visabe
then follow the prompts

if nothing also suspect hard drive or chip failure

I just bought a new 600 va and I charged it overnight. Nothing is plugged into it and when I turn it on it beeps seven times and pauses and then beeps seven times and pause non stop. Does anyone know
Check your manual and in the troubleshooting section you will see that those beeps (# of Beeps mean something) are telling you the alarm code. Example - 2 beeps = Input Out of tolerance, 3 beeps = Frequency out of tolerance. Again these are just examples.

Remove the 1 gig chip. Pull you battery out and unplug the laptop. Hold the power button in for 10 seconds. Put the battery back in and plug the laptop back in again and try booting it up. This should reset the BIOS and allow it to boot. The beep codes you are talking about are a memory beep code and it is normally caused by adding memory or a loose memory stick. Also try pulling the existing memory and resetting it.

No start up
If your WW3 has batteries it must have spell check or printer options there is a small door on the top right of the machine.

open the door and unplug the plug you find there and try it.
