Why the two burners on the right won't work?

If it's a four burner cooktop chances are there are two the Same one bigger and one smaller. Usually they only fit one way

Hello Sharon,
are the two left hand burners "simmer burners" that low come on and go off to simmer a pot?
and the right side just set on and turn off without the simmer option?

if yes this pretty much describes your cooktop the part called the potentiometer is going the be the problem.

The problem is one(or more) of the 6 switches that turn on the spark when that burner is turned on is shorted and stays closed (on) all the time.To determine which one it is the front face has to be removed,with THE POWER OFF a meter set to low ohms rating is used to check each switch by removing the wires to it and see which one has continunity (ZERO OHMS) when its off and that switch that slips on the burner valve shaft is the bad switch(s) and needs to be replaced to keep it from sparking all the time.
Please note though, in a perfectly working cooktop all burners spaks at the same time and only the only one that has the gas flowing to it will ignite,that part is normal.

It does this by design. It is a safety feature on this model because it was designed to have a gill module on the left side. I don't know if you can change it without replacing the two left control valves with valves like it has on the right burners.

I would try cleaning the burners. You can purchase cleaning brushes made specifically for this purpose and they work like a charm.
