Lost installation disc

You will need to update the printer software installed on your computer to install the OCR scan software. The Lexmark OCR scan software is available only on the installation disc that came with your printer. Just re-insert the install disc into the computer hard drive and run the installation setup.
If you lost the disc, please contact Lexmark Technical Support Center for assistance.

You could just get a card reader and not even bother with the camera.

Choose your operating system, and download.

Be sure to UNPLUG the printer from the PC before you install the software. ONLY plug it in once the on-screen instructions tell you to do so.

i jus plugged mah concord eyeQ duo 2000 digital camera into mah usb port and it downloaded the drivers for me without usin mah disc on mah vista...

Attention Windows Vista Users
If you have installed your printer on your PC using an original Lexmark Driver CD that came with your product and you are experiencing problems when printing, you may have installed the Windows XP driver.

Follow these steps to resolve:
· Disconnect your USB cable from your printer.
· Uninstall all Lexmark printer drivers on your PC.
· Download the correct Vista driver for your model.
· Install the driver on your PC.

Important - Do not reconnect the USB cable until the install software prompts the question of how the printer is connected. Comment by Soulvisitor, I think I see whats stopping you

Quickly within a sec, when the small box opens click on cj2470 link in Right hand corner, mine seems to freeze up, and not allow download, if I let box open and click tab on top to download.

If you need anything other than what they offer, they usually have a technical support contact. It does appear that drivers for Windows on this specific model number are readily available.
