Please help...HTC tried to help but they have no more info to help w/ my prob. I also tried using Windows Mobile Device Center w/ no luck....
There are 2 ways to do this.
The first is to get a microSD card reader, take the card out of the phone, put it into the card reader and plug that into your computer.
Then this will show up as a flash drive, and you will be able to drag-and-drop, or copy and paste.
The second is, when you have your phone connected to your computer, and ActiveSync is active, you can explore your phone and microSD card.
At the top of the ActiveSync window is the "Explore" button.
Click on it, and a new window should open up.
Click on "My Windows Mobile-Based Device", then "Storage Card"
You can drag-and-drop or copy and paste.
If you can't see the "Storage Card" folder, your phone may not recognize the microSD card.
The original Windows Mobile 5 (WM5), only recognized standard microSD cards up to 2GB.
You would have to upgrade the software/firmware to WM6 to recognize microSDHC cards of 4GB, 8GB and above.
It looks like you have Vista, I have XP, your results may vary.
