Hello, We have a Ricoh Aficio AP410N Laser printer. It stoped working and gives the error code SC514. Resetting it didn't help. Could you please advise? Many thanks

There is no SC514 on an AP410N. Do you mean SC541? SC541 is a fuser code that a technician has to reset. It could be something as simple as a power spike, or it could be a dirty sensor or a blown board.

Error Code SC541

The Fuser Thermister is not working properly. The Fuser may need to be replaced or the two Thermisters need to be replaced on the fuser. This is what the code is calling for. A local Ricoh tech should have these parts. Hope this helped!

At start-up printer codes out a sc541 turn off then on

It's a fuser error. Fuser may need replacing, and fuser codes can only be reset by a technician, to prevent further damage
