How to fix a screen blur

Well.. if the screen just blurred out, the phone is not a very good phone.
but if you dropped it and it blurred out then there is no way to make the screen come back to normal.. i had a phone do that once.. it really sucked hahah.

I agree. I also have a Motorola "blur" phone and am experiencing a similar problem. I bought the phone thinking I would be able to program it myself (I have repaired over 100,000 Motorola phones working for Sprint/Nextel. Anyway, I found out that I was supposed to start the "blur" account by following the prompts on the startup screen on the phone. It was too late because I had set up the account online with my desktop computer. I can still use the account but it won't locate the phone nor can I use the many features it has. I am thinking of doing the same as you and taking it to a Radio Shack. I may call T-mobile first and ask what my options are or just terminate the contract. Sorry I can't offer you a better solution.

yeah can someone please answer this question my brother got me a phone yesterday its a M blur touch screen and it wont charge and wen i try to turn it on it just shows the M but doesnt load and sometimes it just turns off but sometimes it goes to my screen n its out of battery and it says please plug in charger and i hook up the charger and it doesnt charge!!! please help me

That sounds like a faulty CCd sensor.

have the LCD and flexcables replaced...take the phone to a repair shop and have them fix it for you.
