Question about Yakima RocketBox

Open Question

I have a 2000's era Yakima Rocketbox and a 2014 Chrysler Town and Country. The bars factory roof are to close for the rocketbox. Does anyone know of a way to adjust the rack or the rocket box?

Are there any adapters to enable me to attach the rocketbox to my Chrysler Town and Country. The problem is that the distance between the bars on the factory installed roof rack are to wide for the rocketbox.

SOURCE: cracked cargo box (yakima)

good old duct tape... i would get some silicone caulking and run beads along the cracks in the box to seal the water out. not sure what colour that is but the caulking comes in many colours as well as clear.

please take a moment to rate this solution.. thanks

SOURCE: I have two different SKS cores. One for my

You have to replace the SKS cores you don't want with mates to the ones you do want.

I would suggest replacing the snowboard cores with ones that are the same # as your towers since then you are only replacing 2 cores instead of 4 and it is cheaper.

The key should have a number on it that tells you what core it goes too. You can either contact yakima and get the exact cores you need or go into your local dealer and see if they have them in stock or can order for you.

My 2001 Chrysler Town and Country won't accept my cassette adapter. It is Brand new and it goes in and then ejects.

I have same issue on a 2000 T&C. Was working fine for years.
Now, each tape reverses and ejects.
Any responses on this?

I need to get to the back door motor

your plastic molding is probably held on by anchors that simply are attached to the trim and can be popped off with a small flat bar ve careful though they break easily if too much force is used
