I just change the toner thinking that was the problem, but not, I tried to print and the machine worked, scanned and pull out a white paper.

Try to print clean page , Print a cleaning page
During the printing process, paper, toner,
and dust particles can accumulate inside the printer and can cause print
quality issues such as toner specks or spatter, smears, streaks, lines
or repeating marks.
Follow these steps to clean the printer's paper path.
Load copier-grade paper (not bond, heavy, or rough paper).
On the printer's control panel, touch the Menu
button.
Touch Configure Device
.
Touch Print Quality
.
Touch Process Cleaning Page
.
A Cleaning
message appears on the printer control panel display while the cleaning
is taking place. The cleaning process takes a few minutes to complete.
Do not turn the printer off until the cleaning process has finished.
A page will be printed when the task is complete. Discard the page.
You might need to repeat the cleaning
process to thoroughly clean the printer. Print a few more pages to see
if the problem is resolved.
Put paper in the manual feed tray.
Print. When the page gets half way into the printer, open the cover. Remove the toner.
Look down at the paper. Is the right side lighter than the left?
If yes, replace the toner cartridge.
I don't believe that a fuser could cause your problem.
For a laser printer, printing is a few steps:
* receiving the print-data (which seems to be working fine)
* putting an electrostatic charge on the drum, by using a laser to draw the print-image onto the drum (working?)
* forcing toner into contact with the drum, but only the "charged" part of the drum holds the ink (working?)
* using heat from the fuser-unit to "melt" the toner into the paper (working?)
* ejecting the paper
If the paper is warm, then the fuser is working.
If not, then your fuser needs replacing.
Either take the printer to a qualified printer technician, for professional trouble-shooting, or buy a replacement printer, and responsibly recycle the old printer.

Following Video will show you the over view of the Product Video 1 use full video help you to understand the whole process
Make sure the transfer belt is clean. Also check the magenta cartridge and see if it isn't leaking slightly. By all means DON"T blow it out with compressed air! You may use a toner vacuum or a soft cloth to clean out any residual toner. If that doesn't do the trick, you may have a contaminated fuser. By the way, do you get the same effect when printing black and white?
the machine is only designed for 80gsm paper. you can change paper type through printer options in printer manager to card stock. it wil probably not work though as it is really only designed for 80gsm paper. the toner need to be heated to 200oC inorder to fuse to the paper cardstock absorbs less heat than normal paper.
Are you telling the machine that paper type is letter head or envelopes, It must be done, it changes temp of fuser to suit the paper type, no it is not a power supply problem change paper type to card stock/thick/letterhead etc to suit then machine will adjust temp to suit.. ie file, print properties paper type.
Cleaning a laser printer can solve minor problems, maintain print quality, and prolong periods between professional cleanings. Clean your printer when print quality deteriorates or when you change toner cartridges.
Manually Cleaning Inside the Printer
Steps:
1. Unplug the printer from the surge suppressor.
2. Remove the internal paper trays.
3. Remove the toner cartridge and place it on a piece of scrap paper.
4. Clean inside the toner cavity with a dry, lint-free cloth and brush (if a brush is supplied with the printer).
5. Clean the printer mirror gently with the brush. Don't touch the mirror if a brush isn't provided.
6. Wipe away dust and spilled toner. Remove paper fragments.
7. Clean the rollers, but don't touch the sponge roller.
8. Replace the toner cartridge.
Tips:
To remove unfused toner from the rollers following a paper jam, print 5 to 10 blank pages on scrap paper.
Wipe toner from clothing if necessary, then immediately wash toner-soiled clothes in cold water.
Go to your printer manufacturer's Web site (see Related Sites) for detailed cleaning instructions.
Warnings:
Don't use any liquid cleaners inside the printer.
