The US and Canadian models are fixed voltage - 120V 60Hz. There isn't a model sold anywhere in the world that is multi voltage. The European model is 220~240V 50/60Hz

If you want to take this product abroad with you, then you will need to buy a Step Down Transformer. This will take 220~240V and convert it to 120.

The power consumption of the YSP4000 is 55W. You should over specify the Step Down Transformer by at least 20% to ensure there's enough current when the speaker needs it. 70W minimum should cover it.

How to change voltage from American standard 120 V to European 220V

This is for a powered speaker? You'll need an "autotransformer" or "step-down transformer" with a 240VAC primary winding and a 120VAC secondary winding. If you try to just use a plug adapter and power that speaker from 240V, you'll destroy it immediately.

Where can you get the zapp xtra with 4 wheels ?

Quinny Zapp 4 is a USA specification model specifically designed, tested and approved under USA standards.

It is a completely separate product from European model Quinny Zapp 3 and it is not possible to alter a Zapp 3 to become a Zapp 4.

Quinny Zapp 4 model cannot be sold outside of USA as it has not been tested or approved under other countries standards for sale of wheeled nursery goods.

Bought a used iPal and it only came with a european compatible plug. I bought a US converter. Plugged it in and can't make sense of it. The radio doesn't work. When off, there's no green light....

If the radio has a European-style plug, it's probably expecting 220-volt power since that's their standard. If you got a plug adapter but not a voltage converter, the radio won't work because the line voltage is too low.

Check the radio for a ratings label which will tell you for sure what the radio expects. There may be a selector switch on the back which will let the radio work on our line voltage. Otherwise you'll need to purchase a voltage converter to use the radio.

Does the 5825 charge only on a single voltage (120 or 230 volts ac) or is it 100 to 250 volts usable everywhere.

Hello, It depends where you bought it.But now a days most of the power units come either in DUAL VOLTAGE (switchable ) or UNIVERSAL VOLTAGE ..USA (110 v AC) and European (230 V AC )..it works in between. The later one automatically accepts the plug in voltage without any switch.
If you look carefully his info should have been posted ( with tiny letters ) onto the power adapter.

Converrt USA electronic to european electronics

I have the same mixer and I moved from the States to the UK.  I just bought a really good power step-down converter (has to be step-down rather than a standard adapter, and watch the wattage of the adapter).  It worked fine.

Cannot pass through to Premiere 6.5 from VCR via a firewire

if you are based in America definitely you will not be able to use that European standard camera, they are not compatible standards. Playback and passing the USA standard video through that camera is not possible. ( some will give black and white, jittery video output). I assume you already know the difference between European and American video standards. [:0)
