It shows that device comes with inbuilt softwares for playing MP4 and MP3 songs.

Now, as per my knowledge, in all these devices when ever a hard reset is performed it completely reinstalls the default OS (like it was when it came out of factory). And then,since these are smartphones, all these features are added by installing additional applications in the later part.

But, since Hard Reset only performed the re-install of the device's OS the other features goes away!

So now those additional applications needs to be installed now.

The same thing happens when we Hard Reset Nokia phones like 6600!

So, now either you can take your device back to the place you purchased it from or you can try installing those applications through the manufacturer's website (I can try helping find out those links)
