Motorola razor m screen went black

My Motorola Razor cellphone all of a sudden went blank, i took out the battery and put it back in and turned it on, but the keyboard just flashes and the screen stays blank, what do i do?

it would be better to have a professional or trained tech replaced the lcd for you incase of damaged

If when you try powering up the phones and the keypad just lits up then it is the flexcable that needs to be replaced.

Sounds like you downloaded a virus for a ringtone or wallpaper from unreliable website. Take it in to your service provider.

Nothing you can do about that but replace the whole flip assembly or the LCD on the flip. Another cause for this is a bad component on the main board, probably faulty or a blown capacitor. Liquid can also cause this problem, if any rain or condensation seeped through your phones keys then your lcd will fail. So your only fix is to replace the main lcd or flip assembly, you can also take it to your carriers repair center and have the phone swapped if they cant fix it for you. Good luck.
