I have followed all the instructions - it says no broad band conncetcion
Is it a wired or wireless connection?
If it is wired, check that the cable works in another device (such as a laptop).
If you're using a wireless dongle in your Humax, you will need to provide the wireless key to register the dongle with the network. You may need to do this in another device (such as a laptop).

my suggestion, come out of the box with a splicer cable a small 6 inch piece is enough. Get a high quality cable splitter such of what the Cable guys would use, you can buy them at a hardware store. Note that you can get more than a 2 way splitter however the more you split the lower the quality at the other end,. Anyway you split the cable after your cable splitter 1 to the tv, and take the other one which ever room you want.
