What make and model digital picture frame?

you might be opening the image thumb catch...

The frame is cropping the images to fill the screen. You need to change the image display settings from Optimal to Original in the setup menu. This way the entire image will show.

Try these steps: 1. Insert the card.
2. Tap on MENU.
3. Select PICTURES and tap on OK.
4. Highlight SD/MMC and hit OK.
5. Once you see the thumbnails of the pictures, tap on MENU again.
6. Scroll down to MULTI-SELECT and hit OK.
7. Tap on MENU and scroll down to SELECT ALL and hit OK.
8. Tap on MENU and scroll down to COPY and hit OK.
9. Highlight INTERNAL MEMORY and hit on OK.

Unfortunantly the image is faulty.
There is nothing more you can do, but cut your losses

Usually products would come with a registration card along with all the paperwork you would fill that out and send it in.

* I checked the Insignia website and there is not a place to reg. that product.

* There are pages of articles from Best Buy and Insignia stating
"Insignia digital frames, with model number NS-DPF10A, may be infected with the virus, Best Buy states in its posting. They aren't even selling that frame anymore. They started coming out around Black Friday and have not even recalled them. They just state you must contact them for help to see if yours is infected then they will tell you how to fix it. Is the volume turned up ?

Plug the frame into the usb slot on your computer. Open up the folder with your pictures on it. Then open up my computer and look for the drive that is the frame. Drag your pictures right to the frame,s drive.,

When you save in Photoshop make sure you select "Baseline ("Standard") on the JPEG options when you save. That should fix the problem for you. It did the trick for My Kodak SV710 digital frame which wasn't displaying images I had edited in photoshop.
