Tv has no picture. When turned on, the OPC and power blinks. Can you tell me what the problem is?

The condition of your TV called power supply overcurrent shutdown that"s why you hear a click. The TV is going into a protection mode to prevent further circuit damage. That's why it will not turn on or not powering up. I would concentrate on the power supply section board. Bad regulation of the incoming voltage could caused this issue although,there is a capacitor across the incoming line and nuetral.Maybe its leak or dry up and cause the problems,change it out with one of identical rating . Although now you are getting into dangerous area,especially if you have no electronic experience background. It could be also be a loose ,crack or cold solder joint,a blown fuse,fusible links or other component .It could be one of several boards.Unfortunately the level of sophistication on these TV make it virtually impossible to diagnose them further without taking them apart and probing around with a multimeter and other tools.This TV is handy enough to take to a repair shop find a good one.You will probably have to pay $75 to $100....

You either have broken power board or main board. Power board - blinking 2 per second, main board 3 times per second. In an case it has to be fixed by a technician.

This tends to be the result of an electrolytic capacitor somewhere, either on the main board or the power supply board bursting due to overheating. In this case you can pull off the back paneling and review the boards over to make sure all the capacitors are in excellent condition. After identifying a bad capacitor you can buy one from an electronics store in the area or a reputable online source. To replace it this will require soldering. Look for a capacitor with the same uF, the voltage can be the same or higher. Make sure all the power is out of the system before servicing, also make sure to note capacitor polarity observing the negative indicator line on the side. This problems very common in Sharp LCD tvs.The Tuner signal board have problems,every times the power LED,OPC LED lites up,just push the power button on again,wait see if the LCD backlight lite up and works,not the Power lite and the OPC lite LEDS flashes again.You,just have to push the power button again,sometimes u have to push the power button at least 6 or 7 times to get the Power LED stable,and then LCD backlight,come on than the tv work.Not sure,but if the Power and OPC lites keep flashing,after u pushes the power button at lest 10 or 12 times,and the LCD backlight dosen't come on and the tv don't work.I think,it time to change the Tuner board is completely dead.I have a Sharp LCD tv, I do this everytimes pushing the power button at least 3 or 4 than the power LED stable,and the LCD backlight come on than the tv work.Not a plaw in the power supply like those capacitors in many LCD models tvs,but some included Sharp Tvs is the Tuner signal board is not very good in design,use the tv awhile the Tuner signal board have problems recieving the power to it Tuner board components.
