Click Start>control panel>regions-languages, choose the lingo of your choice. oh, it helps if your in classic view in control panel.

Select spanish, put it to the top, save it, your done.

Select the option to put the language bar on the desktop,
then you can switch between languages,

There is no way of changing the language in XP, on some version of vista you can do it true the Windows update utility by downloading your language pack.

But in XP you have to reinstall.

wat I did was, I installed an elgish version of vista and then used the key given for the chinese vista for registration. Hence, I got both english version of vista and got it licensed too.
