I did not touch anything on the computer and was doing research for a paper and left it for a second and when I returned the screen was black and the power lights were blinking. Usually when this happens I touch the touch pad and it'll come back on but this time it didn't so I tried to turn the power on and off and I also tried to turn the visuals on and off and it did not respond. Every time I restart it pressing the power button it comes on the same way and will not show anything I do not know what the problem is or how to resolve it Please Help..

always like to refer to Amazon help whenever possible. I copied their directions for this. Even if your's is not 5th gen it will work. You can also check specific info for your model by logging into Amazon.com Click help, then device help, click on you device and look through the info available.
Many issues with your Kindle, such as a frozen screen or issues with downloading content, can be solved by restarting your device. Help for Kindle Paperwhite (5th Generation).
Press and hold the Power button for seven seconds until the Power dialog box appears, and then tap Restart. Note: If the Power dialog box doesn't appear, press and hold the Power button for a full 40 seconds until your device restarts.
Hi, If you are in your tablet, touch "settings" they should show up on the left side of your screen. Scroll down until you see "Reset to Default tap that and it will take you to another screen asking you if you really want to do that, make your selection and Zeki will automatically do it's thing and erase everything, shutdown and power up again. This should be the same for all Zeki Tablets.
I would try doing a reset on the unit before anything else.
Take your SD CARD out before doing this tho.
Use a straightened paper clip, or something similar, to push the reset button for 15 seconds. ushally located on the bottome of the unit.
then after rest try to see if your touch screen is now enabled
Give that a go and if nothing I will look into this issue more for you.

Hi. You need to do tray linking. When one linked tray is empty, paper feeds from the next linked tray. The size and type settings for all trays must be set from the Paper Menu. To set the paper type or size: 1. On the home screen, touch Menu button 2. Touch Paper Menu 3. Touch Paper Size/Type. Note: To link the multipurpose feeder, Configure MP must be set to Cassette in order for MP Feeder Size or MP Feeder Type to appear as a menu item. 4. Touch the right or left arrows to select the same size paper from all paper sources to be linked. 5. Touch the right or left arrows to select the same type paper from all paper sources to be linked. Note: When the Size and Type settings are the same for any trays, the trays are automatically linked. 6. Touch Submit. Submitting changes appears. 7. Touch Home to return to the home screen. Hope this helps.
In this Case take out the Paper from the Paper Feed Tray........ Unplug the Power Supply from the Printer.......... Remove both the Cartridges from the Printer.......... Now take a size 10 Envelope fold it so that it should become like a thin long strip........ Now Insert that Envelope on the left side corner of the Printer and move it from right to left and left to right as fast as u can for about 10 times.......... Now Insert the Ordinary Papers onto the Printer and insert both the catridges and Turn on the Printer...........
