Why might the recharging lead stopped working?

When my mobile phone was having charging problems I downloaded a free app called 'Ampere'. This lets you see what's going on during the charge. Soon became apparent that my problem was the charging lead. A new charger and lead sorted the problem.
Charging from the mains is preferable to a USB point and charging in "Power Off" mode speeds things up.

You do not need to remove the battery to charge the battery. When you connect the charger you MUST be careful to connect the charger's positive lead to the positive terminal to the battery and the negative lead to the negative lead to the battery before you turn on the battery charger. Connecting the charger leads the wrong way around most likely damage the vehicle's electronics.
When you finish charging the battery turn off the charger before you disconnect the charger leads. This will prevent arcing between the leads and the battery.

Hi, has your supplier actually tested that the mower is charging? If you have a multimeter check the battery voltage with the mower running at about quarter throttle. It should be higher than 12.7 volts, usually somewhere around 14 volts. If it is not the charging system requires checking. Hope this helps, regards Phil.

this is caused by the system being low on Freon due to a leak, have the system lead tested and repair and recharge as necessary.

Assuming you have just left the bike for a while and not removed a battery lead so it is flat (not the alternator is shot), then bumb start the bike and take her for a 5 mile journey, without stopping too much. Do some low speed, 3rd gear pulls to 60mph. This will charge the battery.

If it is the original battery, and it doesn't recharge after this, check the condition of the alternator and get a new battery.

Your car ls most likely low on refrigerant. If you're handy, you can get a recharge kit at an auto parts store to recharge your AC system. If not, most service stations will recharge the system for under $100 but be aware that they are mandated by law to detect any leaks prior to recharging the system. If a leak is detected, they must repair the leak prior to recharge which would lead to a more expensive repair. Best of luck.
