The headset has to be in learning mode first for any phone to find it, press and hold the power on button for 8 seconds until the power light comes on and stays on then search for it with your phone, pairing code can be 0000

Dont know how to put jabra bluetooth earpiece it into pairing mode

Start with your headset turned off. Then, press and hold the answer/end button, until the indicator light is steadily lit in blue. It is in paring mode now. Then, make the bluetooth application on the device you want to pair your headset with, search for new devices. After a while, the BT350 headset should appear in the device' screen. Select it and make it connect. If a pairing code (or PIN, or passkey) is requested, enter '0000' (four zeros).
By the way, if your headset's user manual happens to be missing, feel free to download it from this location.
Hope it works for you.

I want to pair my NOKIA N97 with Jabra BT350

Turn your headset off. Then, press and hold the answer/end button until the indicator light is solid lit in blue. It is in paring mode. Now, make your phone's bluetooth application search for new devices. After a while, the BT-350 should appear on-screen. Select it and make the application proceed. If a pairing code (or PIN, or passkey) is requested, enter '0000' (four zeros). If the pairing proces is successful, the headset should enter stand-by mode. The pairing process is timed. If you fail to complete it, you'll have to start it over, from the phone turned off phase. Once paired, whenever both your headset and your phone's bluetooth radios are turned on, they should connect to each other automatically. Otherwise, just press the answer/end button, and the link should be done again.
Hope you are able to sort your problems out.
Cheers! Carlos

I do not have my manual to sync my bt350 with my new phone how do I do this?

Before you use your Jabra BT350, you need to pair it with your mobile
phone.
1. Put the headset in pairing mode
• Make sure the headset is off.
• Press and hold the answer/end button until a solid blue light comes on.
2. Set your Bluetooth phone to ‘discover’ the Jabra BT350
Follow your phone’s instruction guide. This usually involves going to a
‘setup,’ ‘connect’ or ‘Bluetooth’ menu on your phone and selecting the
option to ‘discover’ or ‘add’ a Bluetooth device.* (See example from a
typical mobile phone in fig. 5)
3. Your phone will find the Jabra BT350
Your phone then asks if you want to pair with it. Accept by pressing ‘Yes’
or ‘OK’ on the phone and confirm with the passkey or PIN = 0000 (4
zeros).

Jabra BT350 stopped connecting

BR, I had the same problem with my BT350 and my Razr V3c. I was finally able to resolve the problem by doing the following:
- delete BT350 from device list on Razr
- start Razr looking for device
- put BT350 in pairing mode while phone searching (hold answer button till solid blue light)
- phone will detect BT350 and retrieve name
- select Jabra BT350
- say 'yes' to bond with Jabra BT350
- enter passkey - 0000
- phone will connect with Jabra BT350

Jabra BT350 bluetooth

While the headsetis off, press and hold the power button for 6 seconds. It will first blick the light in several patterns, all in blue. Finally, it will come on solid blue, no blinking. It is now ready to be paired. Once your phone/PDA has detected it, the passkey /should/ be 0000, as in zero zero zero zero. That should do it. Best of luck! :-D
