This video goes as far as replacing the digitizer, but you'll just need to remove the LCD and the respective connections and attach the appropriate ones to the new LCD.
Furthermore, I did a search on eBay and discovered that there are two versions of the LCD. One that is a straight lcd cable and the other that uses an l-shaped cable. It is important to purchase the correct one. This ebay listing is specifically for the straight cable, but the seller also sells the l-shaped cable as well.
How do you know which one your tablet has? You may need to disassemble it to find out, as there was no specific documentation that I came across based on the model number or manufacturing date that indicated a specific way to know. You could try contacting RCA support, but disassembling helps confirm it before you decide to order from eBay, Amazon or any other third party.

Your display panel may be bad. If any of the ribbon cables were stressed it could also cause this. There are two other boards that control this. the ysus and zsus. On some tvs they can be replaced and other thay can not. The best way to tell is to try and unhook one at a time and see what the picture looks like. If you can not unhook those boards then the display panel is bad and can not be replaced.

Sorry,not repairable,because the LCD screen panels are limited produce by the Tvs Corporations.No where u will able to buy a LCD Screen panel for the replament,but except by the tvs corporations themselves.Because it limited production of the LCD screen panels,they will sell it to u the same as a new tv.Might even cost more after the labors of by replacing the LCD screen panel.

2) If you see an image around the edge of the flashlight the problem is in the inverter/CCFT or the power to it.
3) If you do not see an image the problem is probably in the LCD Controller (TCON) or its connections.
