Is there any guide to change the fuser assembly
Not a easy task on one of these, all covers off, doc feeder and scanner have to be disconnected from main pcb and then remove entire assemblys (Entire top of machine ends up sliding back and up/off), then your getting closer to removing fuser..brackets frame off...many screws, if you aint done it, very easy to break.
I broken a few learning but it's the only way to know! There is a Service manual but It is not publicly allowed to distribute it, and to be honest they are harder to understand than the printer... just be logical, patient, gentle, steady, or be smart replace.

We have 2 of these hp3380 printers (4 in the office) that now are telling us we have a scanner error and will not allow us to copy or scan anything. How do I trouble shoot this problem and what would be a commom issue that would cause this scanner issue
